I've recently discovered that I have a terrible allergy/sensitivity to gluten. Asthma, joint swelling, joint pain. So, no more wheat, rye, barley.
I was so not a cook until this happened. Now I'm baking my own bread and cooking my favorites. Tonight I cooked Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and is it ever YUM!! Next comes the Kung Pao.
Anyone else have allergies they have to suffer with?
Any Asian food cooks with some good recipes I can convert? Thai? Chinese? Bueler?
