HELP! Sal's in Boutte...

Post by RouxTheDay »

I have to meet a customer at whatever is in the space that was Sal's in Boutte. I have a vendor meeting us there who is not familiar with the area. I can give him the address but I was hoping to get the name of what is there now...Anybody???

Technically, I think the sign now says "Sal's 90 West". Haven't been in the place since Sal took it over from the interim owner after Gustave.

I had a cup of gumbo which was too thin, IMO. After adding a good bit of Tobasco, it was edible.
My grilled shrimp salad was a pleasant surprise.
