How do I insert a photo here?...the insert image does nothing.

Pressing the button invokes a pop-up dialog in which you enter the photo URL. Perhaps if you don't allow pop-ups from this site, you aren't getting it.

I cleared the pop up.....Still won't work for me???

It's more like a javascript popup dialog. Are you perhaps restricting javascript in your browser? What browser are you using?

I did get the drop box....I have Explorer.
This is the url of the photo I was trying to add:

When I put it in the box the result was just a little box with an x....

Any sugggestions?

As Art noted above, that link doesn't go to a valid image, at least not one publicly accessible. Under IE, I also get the Forbidden error message. With a valid image URL, the link can be manually placed between the [img]and[/img] tags, but it doesn't appear that the forum software is the issue.

Does not work with Ofoto/Kodak

You have to use another source like
