And Post Katrina he had his renegade restaurant on wheels! Trailing thru neighborhoods at first, feeding workers and then guerilla gourmet @ Bacchanal. If you have seen Treme - one of the last episodes - maybe #8?, had the chef (who had to close her restaurant) doing a gig at Bacchanal. Well guess w...
