Re: Chad's Bistro
There were actually quite a few people having lunch there yesterday. A number of tables featuring well dressed, well for Metairie anyway, business types. I think they advertise on Fatzo's show. So much for his "I only accept advertising from places that are three stars or better." I had n...

Re: Dining Report, Part I: Cooter Brown's and Coquette
You should have known better about Cooter's. One time I was there it had one of those towels that rotated in the restroom. It was broken and part of it laid in the urinal. Not to pleasant a sight.

Nice report.

Re: Houston's
Houston's is the ultimate conundrum. You want to hate the place, but then they serve something like the Thai salad and you think, "This isn't so bad." Then you look around and realize your in an upgraded Shoney's (well maybe not that bad),
As stated, there are to many other options.

Re: John Besh
Lufthansa should do something. I've traveled with them three times in the past two years in business and first class. The food was marginal, although the wine was typically very good. They aren't even close to SAS, however.

Re: What's Cooking?
Is "the breakup" of the eats board Jon & Kate imminent or is this a contrived opportunity for MUS?
