Invest in mason jars to store cash if you think it may be of value in the future. Precious metals, non perishables and durable goods. guns and ammo hold value as well.

My financial advisor (Adam Bold) on this morning's radio show (MFS) was asked about government takeover of 401K's. Although usually extremely conservative in his speach patterns, he commented this morning, that the woman who was the source of this idea, was a "Dingbat" and an idiot, and there wasn't even the slightest chance that a "new president" could ram something like this through!
