Going to watch it live and DVR "Sons of Anarchy" on the bedroom television.
Geez, how I've been looking forward to this premier.
Thanks for thinking about me! :)
"OKAY, NEXT COMMERCIAL DSM GET'S ADDED TO THE TIVO"! me to wife just now - saw a banner ad for it a few minutes ago and feared I may have missed the premiere.

How great was that episode? Loved every moment of it.
(Missed the final 2 episodes last season while on a vacation-----man, this caught me up to speed!) :D

No I quit watching that one. I try to keep CBS viewing to a minimum. I am watching the comedies on Monday, NCIS, and finally they got The Unit back on, although I think it will be the last season for that one since it is now in the Sunday death slot.

OK , Tivo did not work out since Sons of Anarchy was set up as a season pass and I did not have time to readjust it, so we watched DSM live and then I watched SOA.
DSM was awesome!! I am so glad it is back on. My wife and I both enjoyed it a lot.
SOA was pretty good last night as well, but the preview for next week looks even better.
Edit:
This was a little much - having so much good TV on at one time is something I am not used to, it is a nice change.

DSM..... Wowza....never saw the ending of that one! Why they thought Letitia killed Dutch is surprising. I am a little surprised that Nick would "allow" Tripp and Patrick to cover up his wifes death when it was an accident, he should have called the police. Lots of little twists and turns going on right off the bat! Karen and Simon both using each other and who is Simon in cahoots with? What happened to Nick and Lsia wanting to have another baby? I am glad he and Karen didn't get together "yet". I was mad at Jeremy pushing himself on Lisa and was hoping Lucy Liu would keep him occupied...I am hooked from the get go..........

Lucy Liu - a welcome addition to the cast or at least a guest appearence - she has still got it going on.
Great show!

BUMMER! Looks like the writers need to wrap up Dirty Sexy's storyline. *pouting* Am delighted to see Mars has been renewed, though.
'Life on Mars' saved, but 'Daisies' and 'Eli Stone shelved
http://www.usatoday.com/life/television/news/2008-11-21-tv-lineup_N.htm
Fans of Pushing Daisies, Eli Stone and Dirty Sexy Money should enjoy those shows while they can.
ABC told their producers Thursday that it would make no more than the 13 episodes initially ordered for this season, signaling their cancellation once existing episodes are used up by January.
But Life on Mars got a small new lease on life—four extra episodes—and a big new time slot behind Lost, Wednesdays at 10 ET/PT starting Jan. 28, when the show is now scheduled to air 10 times behind ABC's returning hit. Mars has been yanked to preserve new episodes for the new slot.

I am liking the Karen and Lisa feud but I absolutely do not like that Lisa did not wait to find out what was going on truthfully and went with Jeremy. One minute she an Nick are having another babe and th next breaking up. I also think there is the ICK factor there for me of Lisa and Jeremy, and I can't quire put my finger on it, other than he is a bed hopper. I also think that new girl is out to get into the family either via Nick or Tripp and wonder if she is tied to Simon too somehow. I noticed the other twin is back on the next episode. Is it cancelled too or just a short season program.

In this case it really has not been canceled as much as not renewed.

It sounds as though they're on the VERGE of cancelling it. The story that I had posted was confusing, wasn't it.
I'll tell you what. I don't like Lisa PERIOD. And Jeremy???? ICK indeed! He reminds me alot of the kid on Gossip Girl.... ICK. :)

Geez! What a great episode.
More importantly, did you gals see the coat that Wren had on when she was thrown out of the Darling house? Christ! I'm not into "fashion", but I would kill for her coat! (Thinking it was white/charcoal/black big checks) :)

12-04-2008, 05:58 PM
LOL...I didn't notice her coat....It was a good episode! But I thought I saw a promo of the "wedding" and it showed Juliet arriving home......she wasn't on it so either the promo was wrong or I missed it. Boy Leticia got her biatch on last night....good for her. I still think it was a staged accident and that it would make for a good cliff hanger dang it! I laughed so hard when the stock went down. HA to you Simon! One thing about this program is that everyone can fall in love and out at the drop of a hat. I am sad that they are not continuing it. Dumb tv execs!

I wonder how long it will be before ABC, NBC, and CBS are on Capitol Hill looking for a bailout?

If they would listen to the people that watch their programs, it would not even be an issue would it. LOL

I read in either TV GUIDE or Entertainment Weekly, that they'll be showing 4 new episodes in the Spring. They're going to wrap up all of the loose ends.
We'll find out who killed Dutch.... it's supposed to be quite the twist.
Man, I'm gonna miss this show. *pouting* :(

Me too. It will probably be Tripp all along as the killer...............:p

Last nights episode was a good one! Never thought about Dutch being alive.............. also, I am now leaning on IF he is dead, that Simon did it. I also think that Simon knew that somehow something would keep her from pulling the plug and he did it himself.
on another note, Alex.....I saw "Stanley" on the Without a Trace show the other night. He was playing a con man.

Good deal! glad to see him get some work. Everyone always loved "Stanley"! Little "Heather" did a bang up job on sons of Anarchy. I would love to see "Mr. Hawkins" get some cool acting gigs.

Yeah me too. It was a tad "freaky" for Stanley to be playing a bad guy though. Oh well, now he has shown he can play anything.
