I read somewhere he had a pre exisiting lung condition, but I had pneumonia when I was a lot younger and healthier than him and alomost died from it. That is one scary illness,,,,

I liked his show. Sad to see a young guy like him go.

He had sarcoidosis in the past but it was supposed to be in remission. It can leave some nasty scars on your organs and that might have affected his lungs. But with pneumonia, you can get some nasty bacteria that won't respond to any antibiotic. That's how Jim Henson died.
