BREAKING NEWS: Sources close to the situation indicate that Brett Favre is thinking about having eggs for breakfast. One source emphasized that Favre isn't SURE he wants eggs; another said he is "80 percent likely" to have eggs if he eats breakfast, but there is a 10 percent chance he skips breakfast altogether, leaving him with a 72 percent chance of ordering eggs, if our math is correct, which it probably is not.

Oh don't get me started.
I think he's tarnished his image here. At this point I don't give a **** what he does. If he goes, he sucks, if he stays he sucks.

The media in the past years have put Farve on such a pedestal that now that he's up there they don't know how to take him down.
Even Rick Sutcliffe, ESPN baseball analyst and long time CHICAGO cubby fan, was happy to overlook Brett's blunders and let him return to GBs starting quarting back stature with open arms. (Then again, maybe Sutcliffe is on to something.)
Favre fatigue set in for me years ago.

I'm delighted. Green Bay is a bunch of buffoons. Look who their head coach is: Mike 'I love me some Errant Brooks' McCarthy. Was there ever any doubt this dim bulb would pick Aaron Rodgers over Favre?
Favre is the #1 personality in the #1 sport in this country. Why are you surprised this decision is getting so much pub? And if you think this is bad, wait until Favre's first game as (whoever)'s qb. And then if he plays against GB? Media circus.
Favre is one of the best football players (not just qbs) ever. I'm all for his return, even if it would be to Tampa Bay. Imagine that home opener in the stupor dome!
