3000 Character limit on post

I was trying to post my review of The Pelican Club but could not due to the character limit. I was at 3155 and really didn't want to eliminate anything. I really think you need to increase this limit to at least 5000.

What is the limit on characters in a post? I was thinking about re-posting my Las Vegas review and I see that it runs to a little over 7,500 characters.

It's currently set to 5000, upped from a default of 3000. In instances like this, we recommend that you please post half, and then the remainder in a subsequent reply. (The system considers spaces a character.) Thanks.
