There is this soul cafe at Interstate 10 exit 318 connected to a Truck Stop Casino. When they were elsewhere they did pig parts on alternate Saturday's. They stopped when they moved but they are now doing it again on alternate Sunday's. They cook pig's feet, pig tripe and chitlins. I always get a combo. It comes with smoky greens, sweet potato and a huge hunk of cornbread that I used to soak up the juices. So if traveling the I-10 corridor and want a great plate lunch or a decent breakfast pull off and enjoy this place called Lagniappe Cafe.

When I click to view attachments it says I have none. Sometimes I am a jinx with software.
