So JAG, the first info I saw said the DMB concert was on 09/08, but now all of the subsequent posts now say 09/09, airing live before the game. Do you have any idea which is correct? Are they trying to get people who aren't going to the game go to the Quarter instead? Damn. I was looking forward to it, but I'm hoping to be at the Dome already by 6:30.

I think in previous incarnations of the NFL Kickoff, the concert was taped either the day before or earlier during the day of the game. For some reason, this season's concert is going to be shown live but since I dislike Dave Matthews and don't know who Taylor Swift is, I guess I won't be missing much.

Can you imagine how crowded that will be? When Dave Matthews is at JazzFest, I don't even try to go. And Taylor Swift will draw a big crowd too. But I'll probably be at the Dome anyway. I took chances on the Super Bowl ring and I fully expect to win. ;)

I hope all of those sweating people (especially the musicians) enjoyed themselves. I also hope it was way better in person than it came across on TV. The station coverages were all over the place. For all of the hoopla, it was not as good as the anticipation IMO. Now the game was another story.:toast:
