Switch 1st page to top?

Is there a way to switch the order that the comments are shown? Mine opens with the top of page 1, which is the last post, not the first. I have to tab down to the bottom of the post to get the first post. Can this be switched around?

It is configurable in your User CP. See the two threads in this forum titled "Not seeing all posts", and "Order of posts help".
