Just as any individual or group of Food enthusiasts is welcome to post about food and closely-related subjects in the Food Talk forum, any individual or group of Annual New Orleans Event enthusiasts is welcome to discuss their favorite in the Events forum, alongside others discussing their favorites. Anyone wishing to create threads discussing topics clearly outside the focus of any of the established forums will have to do it in The Lounge, alongside others doing likewise.

So, yes, there is a place for any individual or group willing to abide by our policies.

That's the first thing I saw about this new place that I liked - just a few categories to navigate, not the fractured nightmare of innumerable forums from which we came.
