Can we separate the wine and food discussions into their own separate forums? I don't handle the esoteric wine posts real well.

If, at some later date, discussions of esoteric wines become so numerous they interfere, for the majority of users, with the discussion of food, dining out, cooking, non-esoteric beverages, etc. in the Food Talk forum, a decision may be made to split them off to their own forum. We are, at this point, not anticipating that happening in the foreseeable future.

It just seems to me that the old board was far more successful when you had to jump to whole new forum to find out what $20 bottle of wine Amarone was recommending this week.

We can divulge that an anonymous petitioner has requested a dedicated forum focused on the healthful benefits of various lactobacilli, with a concentration on the popular bifidus regularis. The executive committee has taken it under advisement. (We suspect the petitioner was of Hispanic descent, as he signed off with the alias "El Casei Immunitas".)

Admin with a sense of humor. Man. this is a different board.
My advice, NEVER, ever take bam seriously. Humor him and move on.
(just ask about the restroom "incident")
