I hate this nanny state BS. Perhaps over eating should be banned as well!

You can't fix stupid. Though, I would like to see them neutered therefore not reproducing, but I think I'm just dreaming...

Maybe if I moved to L.A., they could send the food police and a personal chef to my house to straighten out my eating habits.

I have many friends in California and my Sweetie's family is from there, but my general thought is **** California................................

I feel the same way about California, PNG..... besides being a state of Gun Grabbers, they have to deal with illegals, gangs, mudslides, earthquakes, fires..... it's really a stupid state. :whip:

I enjoy a quick visit to San Francisco and Napa every couple of years, but that's the extent of my fondness for the place.

In and Out is slow food done quickly. Doesn't qualify.

Culver's is better than In N Out. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a tf.

I will sell you my ticket stubb from Zappa's last show in New Orleans at Tulane for $4,000,000.00. It would be $6,000,000.00 for anyone else.

I also agree with PNGs thoughts on California. Parts are nice, but the douchebaggery level there is waaaaaaaay too high for my liking.

It is indeed BamBam's creation, one of my personal favorites.

I never had a Culvers burger, but I sure do like IN-N-OUT burgers. I think when I lived in LA for a few years George Foreman came out saying that Fatburger was the best burger in the area. That was 1989-1991

I have tried each of them. I rate them thus:

Culver's is better than In N Out. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a tf.

I used to really love Culver's burgers. Then they became a national chain rather than a local franchise, and everything went down hill. The patties got thinner until they started looking like greasy lace doilies. The Custard went from cravable to forgettable. Now, when I am wanting to sin, I go to Kopps in Milwaukee. You'll never, ever go back to ice cream.

Want to hear the latest craziness from Madison? I know you do.

Not only were they going to try and ban plastic water bottles (while the reason for it is sound, I don't think a ban is the way to go), but they wanted to ban fast food drive-thrus.

Why? Idling cars increase emissions. Never mind that Madison is one of the only cities in the state that does not have emission requirements for the vehicles on the road.

There are many things I love about my hippy-progressive town. I love the multicultural aspect. I love that we have more restaurants per capita than most cities in the US, and the majority are really funky, ethnic and interesting. I even love the chance of seeing some protest, and the pageantry that goes with it, on any random day of the week, whether or not I agree with whatever their cause is.

But jeez, there sure are a lot of wackadoodles.

Of course, there will be one less on August 11th.

tf.....................

Take that back.

You just never had them when they were REALLY good. I agree, they still stand heads and shoulders above the rest, even if they suck compared to what they were.

I will take your last post into consideration.
