So, as a member of a hardworking middle-class family of four who spends over $600/month of my salary towards health insurance and has been struggling to pay my mortgage, car note, family bills since I was downsized 1 1/2 years ago, what provisions are in the bill to help me? I am supposed to see the dr. this month for prevention of skin cancer but cannot as I am still paying on my $1000 + bill from my last visit during the summer.

Meanwhile, the impoverished families that I work with have no shortage of access to healthcare. In fact, they go all the time. I understand changes need to be made. I WANT changes to be made. Tax CREDITS perhaps for being responsible, working hard and doing the right thing for my family. But it is the middle class that is getting squeezed out. We are paying in for everyone!

As my boss says of our families...they have more money than we do. I didn't believe her at first, but I do now.

Forget the partisan crap. Does anybody REALLY know what we are in for?

You are obviously a racist birther. Please report to sector 9G for mandatory reeducation camp.

Our valiant Senators will read the bill after their Christmas break. Perhaps we should not jump to conclusions. The welfare of the middle class is their primary focus, and we should all rest assured that the proclaimed reductions in spending this bill will produce will result in tax cuts for all.

I'm thinking of a new Porsche PanAmera with my healthcare savings next year!

I am not sure what we are in for, but I am pretty sure it is not good. Higher taxes and deficits are very likely, as well as higher premiums for the middle class. Budget deficits and rationing of care are almost inevitable. Loss of liberty if the mandates get passed.
