#88 is the one that gets to me, asking if change is needed. I paid for a $26.00 lunch with a $50.00 bill and was asked is I wanted any change. Well, service and food was good, but not good enough to get a 50% tip.

That one bugs me too. I like it better when they say "I'll be right back with your change". Then, if I don't need any, I just tell them to keep the change.

I don't like it either. I'd prefer they just brought me the change.
And let it go at that. But then again, I tip well. I know not everyone is that way.
I like both of these lists and it would behoove mgmt & waitstaff to read them, imho. :p
