I have been working my butt off this year and haven't been able to get to Cafe Minh as often as I used to. Today I went for lunch for the first time in months and had the grilled amberjack special with veggies and jasmine rice in the broth. HUGE fillet of amberjack grilled to perfection. So good! I have never had anything from the sea that Bui didn't do wonders with. Love this place!
