Not that I was a huge fan but does anyone know what happened to Gus Kattengill (sp?)?

He was let go. Apparently he didn't see eye to eye with WWL management on the coverage of other sports besides the Saints.
Overall a good guy. WWL is a station where you apparently need to possess some, let's say certain skills with your schnoz.

Sorry to hear that. He seemed like an okay dude. I never did hear what happened to Kenny Wilkerson. Was it the same thing or was he sick? I remember he had a surgery but don't know what for.

I cannot assume why Kenny was let go but I do know he posted on a public sports forum board some Saints "insider" info. As with most corporations that did not sit well with the administration and since WWL is the flagship station for the Saints....well, I am sure you can come to your own conclusions.

Thanks for the info. That stinks. I liked listening to him. He was always too hopeful for me with his reports from training camp but I liked his reporting during the season.
