Just had a piece of a baguette with fresh Greek Feta with dried Moroccan black olives. Those dried olives are good. They have a fairly complex taste profile. The third taste is very salty, but that fades away to end with a concentrated, sweet black olive flavor that lingers. I am now a fan.
