It is amazing that that entities involved all went about landing the superbowl by just ignoring Ray Ray. He had next to nothing to do with all of the events leading up to the new state agreement nor the bid to the NFL. He is such a non event that it is not even funny. He just needs to move to Dallas full time and keep his face away from tv cameras.

Good observation.
During all the news today when did you hear his name? Answer: NONE
What a waste.

I hear that tonight is his "State of the City" address from Mahalia Jackson venue. I will bet that he mentions this, and the azzhat postures like he was involved and deserves all the credit. Will use it as a sign of how great the recovery has been under his direction...

Not meant as a hijack, but I found it odd that he would have the State of the City address with all its fluff fluff stuff going on at the same time as the kick off of NOWFE. Shouldn't he be attending one of the NOWFE events in the city.
These events are meaningless to the city. Commander's has been reopened for years now.

I am so sorry - I should have never posted this thread without checking with "The Dean" first.
