I liked her. I was more fascinated with how she managed to make herself look different each time she was on than her weather report.

She's going back to school to teach. Sounds like she agrees with you that broadcasting isn't her strength.

As for weatherpeople I don't like, Margaret makes my teeth hurt as does Bob Breck.

I wanted to like her. She's like this big ole gawky geek girl. I usually like folks like that. But I find her annoying. Sigh. Her star is definitely ascending, though.

Bob Breck wants to be the new Nash. Except while Nash was always right, Bob always seems to be off base. He never seems to notice that, though.

As most of you know, Dawn and I have been having wild sex 3 or 4 nights a week, since she moved here. We had some pillow talk the other morning where she said she "wanted to work with children". I was like "yeah isn't that something every dumb blonde chick wants to do."

Anyway that pretty much ended our relationship.

Years ago (late 80's), at a media awards dinner (AP) in NO, an emcee/host from Baton Rouge (and obviously unfamilar misproncounced his name. That was ugly.

I met the little fella 20 years ago at a New Orleans Ad Club event. What a strange little guy!

Funny story- When I'm up early enough (rarely), I watch the morning news on Fox 8. I get a real kick out of their weatherman, Chris Franklin.

About a year ago, Chris was talking about how they had Bob Breck "arrested" for some type of charity. He said that "There was one problem.... his tiny little hands kept slipping out of the hand cuffs". :)

I thought for sure that Franklin was going to lose his job over that one. I found it hysterical.

i was dining at andrea's years ago and the bus boy breathlessly informed me that "mr. bob breck" sat in my very seat the night before. i thanked the bus boy for removing the booster seat.....he didn't get it.
