View Full Version : St bernard iprism message
Am I the only one getting the St Bernard Iprism message when trying to go to the home forum page?

What are you talking about?
When I try to click on the "New Orleans Eats Forums" icon on the top left of the forum pages, I get transferred to a page that is labeled St Berard Iprism. It asks if I want to try and override the refusal of the server to allow me access to the forums. If I click yes, I am required to register with some website. It does not happen every time, but very often it does. Please let me know what this is. Thanks.

That isn't anything from us. And we can't duplicate it here.
And we didn't delete anything to do with it, as referenced in your other thread.
I tried to copy the page, but was not able to do so. I will try to get the web address when it happens again. Thanks.
This problem has seemed to have stopped. If it happens again, I will try to post the web address for the iprism page.

It happened to me as well. I just stopped clicking on the logo upper left. When I see weird stuff like that I back away.

St. Bernard iPrism is a web content filtering device. Nothing to do with the Parish. You both must be connecting to the internet thru a network that has one installed and operating. What criteria they are using that is finding content here occasionally unacceptable, we couldn't say.

That IP address is in a reserved range, and not a public IP. Like we said, looks like your employer,or whoever you are connecting to the internet through, is filtering web content, probably according to keyword, since it's intermittent.

I agree, I laughed at that as well.
Saint Bernard Iprism is in fact a web filter.
