Andrea's Great Cannaloni at Family Gras

We finally checked out the Family Gras scene yesterday.
Of the dozen or so food booths ringing the back of the music area, we found access to Andrea's easy enough.

There was Chef Andrea himself serving us some of the best cannaloni I've ever had!
Seemed to be a ground veal with a great light tomato sauce.
Good job Chef!

I was working at a booth for a while Saturday and I noticed chef Andrea working his ass off also. He was running back and forth with the catering van and cooking some also.

Whatever people say about Andrea, he is not afraid of hard work and is at his place almost always...except maybe when he goes to see his Mama...for some real good cannaloni.
