We went to Herbsaint this week. I had not been since before Katrina. The two previous experiences were just okay, so it was not in my radar as a must return to.

Well, Thursday changed that. I had the pork belly over white beans. The flavors melded perfectly together. What an incredible taste. My husband had the duck leg confit. We both look forward to a return trip.

I have eaten there several times in the last month. It continues to exceed expectations.
