Just looking at it, I had one of those moments like the Food Critic in Ratatouille.

No, no, no. The moment where he takes a bite of the ratatouille, and is mentally transported back to his childhood. You have seen the movie, yes? (Spoiler, sorry.)

LOL yes I just wanted to be sure. I was not sure if you wanted people posting homemade dinners on here. It's hardly gourmet but sure tasted fabulous. Thanks admin.

Ratatouille was my favorite movie of 2007! I brought it up on TOB and got virtually no response!
I thought that those in the fine food industry, particularly from the restaurant and kitchen viewpoint, could relate, even if it only was a "cartoon". From my response I was led to believe that almost no one in New Orleans ever saw it. :(

Well, maybe not beans & weenies, but anytime someone can be shown something simple, easy, fast, and obviously satisfying that they perhaps didn't think of themselves before, it's worth sharing.

I liked Ratatouille a lot, so did my son, and the movie made me hungry!

I am one of the most easy going people you will meet. No apology necessary. And thanks for the compliment.
